I have been attending Bootcamp for 4 months now and absolutely love it. It’s a great way to have the time for myself away from the kids and husband and workout with other women. It’s a great start my week, lots of fun and the mixture of workouts ensures we get an affective workout. Previous to this I was attended sweaty gym, again it was a way to get back into exercising post children but in a fun way. There’s no judgements and always support to workout at your own pace. Most of all it has helped me feel positive and manage those challenging weeks.
