Review Time
Purchased a lighted mirror via TikTok shop. When the mirror arrived, I opened the box (it was undamaged) and slid the mirror part of the way out, saw that it all looked in order and tucked it away for a Christmas gift. When I opened it fully on Christmas Eve, I saw that the mirror had large gouges in the surface and the frame was damaged. I submitted a return request with photos via TikTok seller messaging. The Sweetcrispy vendors went back and forth with me for several weeks, asking me to take and send more photos and asking for photos of the box and the shipping label. Then they said I could have a full refund, but I needed to process it through TikTok shop. When I attempted to do so, TikTok shop said it had been too long and only the seller could issue a refund at this point. So I went back to the seller and they will no longer respond. I am in a loop of messaging with an AI bot and unable to get help. It feels like they stretched our communication out back and forth to make the return window for TikTok shop lapse and are now ignoring me. I can also no longer review the product on TikTok shop as well. So I have a broken, damaged mirror and no recourse through the company. Very disappointing.
Ordered a full length mirror, was excited to receive, package arrived damaged, the glass was shattered, really bad packaging for such a fragile item. Dealing with then through TT, they want a full picture however, I have kids and pets and don't want shattered glass on any surface of the house. You would think packaging a fragile item would be a priority. Guess not!

I ordered a chair from SweetCrispy over the weekend and immediately realized it wasn’t the one I wanted. Unfortunately, there’s no way to cancel an order online — you have to wait for their customer service team, which doesn’t work on weekends. By the time they were available on Monday, my order had already shipped, and they told me there was nothing they could do.Now I’m stuck with an expensive chair I don’t even want, all because there’s no way to cancel an order yourself. I understand not having weekend support, but at least give customers the option to cancel before an item ships. Very disappointing experience.
The item I ordered is missing a part. I contacted the company and they said they would send the replacement part so l did not return even though I was within the return window. After taking several days for them to respond, the return window has closed and they are also refusing to send me the missing part.
