I had the great pleasure of dealing with Elle today. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately my delivery went missing and when she discovered (after much investigating) that we couldn’t locate my delivery she speedily arranged a new delivery to be sent on a pre 10.30am so I had the goods before starting work the next day. We also needed to deal with some items that became out of stock due to the missing delivery and Elle dealt with that in the most helpful way and said her supervisor would call me the following day. Which they did and I received a credit for these items. Thank you so much for all your help Elle.
