Unfortunately I called about a product that wasn’t full . I purchased a set and one of the items didn’t seem to have the full amount in so I called and spoke to someone who asked me to use WhatsApp so I sent pictures and nobody got back to me.
Absolutely blown away, again! I ordered just before the cutoff time for next day delivery, and my order was safely on my doorstep at 9.30am next day. I don’t know how you guys do it, but you offer consistently excellent service. See you next month!
