Fantastic customer service, you cannot really fault them. This was my first time contacting and purchasing from them. I know of Sweet Squared history and close connection to CND founders. I have received the parcel super quick. It was very well packaged too. We discussed over the phone of what I needed and they were able to advise on the best package for me but I decided to go Premium at the end 🥰 I was impressed with the quality of their products and I'm surely going to go back for more purchases 🙏
Not received the parcel yet. I have contacted customer service couple of times and still not resolved. It’s a shame . It was supposed to be to be delivered next day and its fifth day . 5 days gone and I am still trying to to reach people . Shameful and stressed. Not happy. I generally have very good service from you but this time NO - still waiting for my parcel.

CND trained been a nail tech for over 20years. Best supplier I’ve used and I do use multiple. Excellent products best in the market in my opinion. Always good customer service. Support readily available. Nothing ever too much trouble. Super speedy delivery packages well.
I’ll be honest they have some great stock but some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, we have been waiting for weeks for an Invoice correction, something that should take 10 minutes tops, you call and no one answers the phone it’s very frustrating to be honest and we are slowly finding new suppliers as we can’t deal with this any longer, like getting blood out of a stone!
