I subscribed to the BetterMe platform and, although I didn’t use it much (my fault), I would like to highlight the excellent customer service I received regarding an issue with a subscription renewal that I did not intend to make. They helped me immediately, and the refund was processed very quickly.

The customer support team was truly understanding and supportive, which I believe reflects the company’s policies. Without a doubt, this is a positive attitude worth highlighting and something that is rarely seen nowadays.

First I did not order a subscription so I had to cancel which they did then they opened another subscription saying I signed up again ! Scam scam 😒 I am still fighting to get my money back as I never asked for a subscription or anything else. WATCH YOUR BACKS AND BANK ACCOUNT

It has lots of potential but after…

It has lots of potential but after signing up and having 1 day on the app, it locked me out of my program and there was no one to talk to. I tried emailing 3 times with no response. Finally requested a refund but an automated message replied that I’m canceled and they do not issue refunds. I feel cheated. And frustrated that I have start all over again with another company.

Hidden costs

Hidden costs, very basic for what you pay for could do it on my own. No real value unless you spend the big bucks. Basically paid for a fancy timer and a few basic recipes. Will not renew!

I'm using the application for training at home, so many variants to train depending on your mood and condition, totally enjoy. Decided to try their clothing, designs are super. Received the order with 3 amazing things, 2 fit perfectly, very good quality. 1 was not my size and the team offered a solution very quickly to change.

Great costumer service

When i purchase it work plan on sale it wasn’t clear that it was an automatic renewal. I contacted the customer service and they were very friendly and efficient in resolving the issue refunding me in a completely correct manner.
