The ordering process was straightforward, and the product aligned well with the description, arriving in excellent condition. Although delivery took longer than anticipated (10 days), I am overall pleased with the product and the overall experience.
The buoyancy shorts are similar to ones I've purchased in the past, so I had a clear expectation. The price from the seller was reasonable, and the initial delivery time was just a few days, which was fine since my old shorts were no longer usable. However, the estimated delivery ended up being extended by an additional 2 days, which was disappointing, as we typically don't anticipate items to take over a week to arrive these days.

I ordered a swim hat that took an excessively long time to arrive. The customer service communicates in a language that isn't helpful for me. When the hat finally arrived, it was the wrong item entirely. I would not recommend this service if you want your order to be correct and timely.
