The 1st two weeks

After starting Reta, I could feel a difference in my motivation, my mood, my energy levels and my weight. All within the 1st 2 weeks and I lost 10 lbs. I have not had any bowels issues, I have stopped binge eating, my sleep has improved tremendously, I didn't go on any special food plan nor do I exercise.
