This is the first time I have used triple D motorsport and throughly satisfied. Spoke with Dominic during the Christmas period and found him very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I ordered a ktm 790 adventure r low seat but it was going to be on back order from ktm austria until mid febuary and I would see it towards the end of febuary. Low and behold I had a email confirmation yesterday that it was turning up on the 4th between 8.35-10.35. The seat was well packaged and turned up at 9.15. Thank you for keeping me informed and good service. I will have no hesitation on using you again in the future as I have found other ktm dealerships to be un helpful and abrupt. Well done.👍

Went in the shop to get a spark plug for a 2023, 250 TPI, I was told there’s wasn’t a 2023 TPI, I said there was because I bought a new one from here, after 5 minutes of him faffing about on his computer and still not being able to find what plug the bike uses I had to walk out, Guys this a basic stuff you should know these things
I ordered full price new crash bars for my 1290 super adventure they sent crash bars that where marked and obviously showed they had been previously fitted to another bike. To make matters worse they showed little remorse and have made no effort to ring me back as twice requested.
