I found the service unsatisfactory—the images it produced were completely predictable and SLOW. The most frustrating aspect was the billing. In the second month, I was charged four times the initial amount, and despite not using the service, they refused to issue a refund on the very day they charged me again. They canceled my account... but a month later, I was charged again. Unsurprisingly, no refund was offered, even after I provided them with their own email confirming the account cancellation.

Can I say anything that hasn’t been mentioned repeatedly about this service? There’s virtually no support. It’s too expensive. I had to cancel my card to stop my subscription. The AI is subpar. My suggestion to the operators: Allow users to create an AI for free and let them try it for a month. If they enjoy it, then require a subscription. Clearly, none of your team has taken a marketing class.

They offer basic AI, making the characters rather dull. I prefer other platforms that utilize more advanced technology with better memory and quicker, more meaningful responses. Their image and video generation are far superior to this service - in fact, it's not even comparable. All my chat exchanges here felt very formulaic and artificial. Additionally, I experienced continuous technical issues and the support team was not helpful. Their assistance didn’t go beyond acknowledging the problems and essentially doing nothing to resolve them.
