This experience has been truly disappointing, bordering on fraudulent. I signed up for a trial without realizing the fine print stating that after 14 days, I would be charged £46.50 per month unless I canceled. This is frustrating, especially after dedicating time to set up my QR codes. As a small business, I only created 8 QR codes, which were charged at £6 each without my consent, and now the service has deactivated them. The overall service and business practices are unacceptable; I strongly recommend steering clear of this.
Stay away - they automatically transition your trial into a monthly subscription. I’ve been misled for over six months without realizing it since I received no invoices in my email. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation; a tough lesson learned. Now I have to cancel my card.
AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS! I paid $2 for a one-time QR code and never agreed to any subscription. Two weeks later, I noticed a $53 charge on my credit card. When I checked my account, there was no record of a subscription or payment history. Since there's no subscription listed, I can't cancel anything. Now, I have to report fraud and cancel my credit card, which is incredibly frustrating. It's far easier than trying to navigate a cancellation for this dubious subscription and seeking a refund from this unreliable service, which would probably go nowhere. I even looked at reviews before using the service and saw positive feedback, so I thought I was safe. Clearly, I was mistaken.
I feel scammed! They advertise a 14-day free trial, but after that, they charge you 49.95€ without any prior notice. This feels fraudulent. Avoid generating your QR Code unless you're okay with a recurring monthly fee. They have not responded to my refund request, and since I'm not using the service, I haven't received my money back.
