The onboarding process was an outstanding experience. The representative was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He remained calm and supportive, even when my cellular provider proved to be challenging. He took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely alleviated the stress of the situation. Extremely Satisfied with the Service!

I’m very pleased with the service! After switching from another answering service, I can confidently say there’s no comparison. Smith.ai used to be fantastic

Smith.ai used to be fantastic, they have been our answering service of choice for over 8 years. Within the last year their quality has declined significantly. Their departments are unorganized, there's no ownership for handling actual customer issues, response time on the back end is significantly delayed. Ironically, attempting to talk with someone who has any authority to make a decision is impossible. Simple issues and questions will go literally weeks before being properly answered, but more likely a canned or ai generated email with be received instead. This service has become garbage as they seem to have fully embraced their namesake "AI"

The interview process is ludicrous

The interview process is ludicrous. I was able to pass their aptitude test, which for a Virtual Receptionist position, is ridiculous to answer a phone and take messages. The aptitude test is 50 questions for which you will get 15 minutes to answer. If you are a software engineer or a mathematician, you will pass, Luckily, I had a strong background, and I passed. You will then move on to a video interview after passing this test along with others such as a typing test and a few others that will waste more of your time, if time is important to you. I have been told they receive 96,000 applicants a year. I honestly feel they are collecting AI data. The process is ridiculous for a mere $15.00 an hour. I would not waste time with the entire process.

We get a lot of spam calls, and this feature makes everything so much easier in the long run. I also really appreciate the call-scheduling feature. It automatically books appointments based on my calendar, so I don’t have to enter anything manually. It saves me a ton of time and ensures I never miss an important call.
