Would give zero stars if possible

I would rate them zero stars if I could. I purchased a retro gear clock, but it arrived damaged with a broken glass and face dial. They advertised it as luxury, but it was cheap plastic. Fortunately, I got a refund through a payment service as they don’t respond to emails. Buyer beware!

Misleading product description

I ordered a Kawasaki Hr2 model I saw online as a gift. What I received was a smaller version with only one moving part. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times without any reply. I returned the unwanted model and am currently trying to get my money back, keeping emails for proof. Very dissatisfied.
