The last minute cancellation from the Sherborne Office meant we were unable to cancel booked accommodation and also travel expenses, 260 mile round trip , this is a considerable sum of money. I would be very wary of this outfit. I am in receipt of your reply. I am not convinced and think that people who live a long distance away should remain wary due to the costs involved.David Jenkins
The experience I had with the Bridport office in particular Steve Allen was excellent. The sale of our house was not as straight forward as I would have hoped. Steve Allen was always very supportive during this time and assisted in resolving any issues or concerns. Communications was maintained throughout the process keeping me informed of the progress of the sale and the office staff were always very helpful when contacted.
