We were selling a listed thatch cottage which is quite niche and would not appeal to everyone. However Caroline’s team managed to find us a buyer and held our hands through the process to completion. I would happily recommend them if you’re looking to sell your house.
It is well known that buying a house is up there as one of the three most stressful things you can do in life. Part of the stress is caused by many Estate Agents not seeming to realise that while they are selling a house, we are buying a home. As part of the buying process, it has been a very real pleasure to experience the helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding staff at S & S Yeovil. It was easy to arrange the viewing, which was conducted by Mrs. V. C, who was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. We didn't feel rushed and had time to 'feel the property put ot's arms round us'. Other contacts with the Branch have produced the same helpful approach.
Matt and the team were supportive from the very beginning of the process, when we didnt purchase the house we were hoping to buy they were kind and compassionate. We never felt like there were any showy sales pitches, just genuine care and consideration. We sold with S&S quickly and they always felt invested in the process for us. We found the home we wanted to buy and Matt was exceptionally proactive in chasing the chain which helped relive (some!) stress. We cant thank you all enough Beaminster Symonds and Sampson! I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicky from Symonds & Sampson when searching for a new place to rent, and I must say, it made the whole moving process a fair bit easier than I’d bargained for.
