The communication was fast and efficient. Also the quality of the translation with AI was good. We worked together for live subtitling during an event and did experience some issues with delay (the subtitles appeared about 20 seconds later).

Kedar Palekar and his team were quick and very helpful.

We hired SyncWords to provide live human captioning for our virtual Conference.

SyncWords was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and on event day. Organized, knowledgeable, supportive, punctual and accurate is how I would describe the entire team.
