This was my first integration into QuickBooks using the Synder platform and with not being familiar I made a few wrong selections which created some issues. Maxim was so patient with me as this took a few days and walked me through setting up Synder for my client. It is now running great, making my job so much easier, and saving me time!

I had issues with separating Uk sales for VAT tracking and global sales Anastasiia Pelishenko from Synder Support Was amazing at helping sort it out. I ended up using smart rules to apply VAT to Uk sales only which is working very well for me.
While Synder is beyond helpful in getting all our orders imported and synced into QBO, it's the fact that I can hop on a chat and immediately start talking to a real person when I need help. I typically only need a point in the right direction, but Arman really pulled through today when the original solution didn't work. I appreciate the time and effort he (and all other staff I've worked with) put in to keeping their customers happy. I love Synder.
We tried out a few different options / plug-ins that would allow us to sync our stripe sales to QBO. This was the ONLY one that allowed us to sync in CAD and USD. Seamless and painless - you practically forget all about it after set-up. Customer service is lovely if you have any questions.
I was really excited about the promise of this software - and my onboarding professional was extremely helpful in getting my account set up. When he was gone, sadly, no one in support has been able to help resolve problems. The product does not work with Stripe and Quickbooks online unless you never close your books. Instead of using GAAP rules, the software goes back and constantly makes changes in closed periods, or fails to bring transactions into the current period for transactions that were originally created in a prior period. For being an automated service, it's also frustratingly slow. Importing revenue recognition for month end takes days, and there is no way to see the progress to completion, nor is there a notification when the process is actually done.
We found Synder extremely helpful in linking our payment gateway Stripe to our accounting software QuickBooks. Their customer services is extremely responsive and very approachable, and they run great webinars, too. They keep increasing their prices, though, which is a downside to an otherwise very good tool.
