this company is a scam by all means... this guy called waleed they have as a manager is a total failure the company is a failure... i had to have the parcel delivered to another place in the US for extra fees to fix what they did and after receiving it i found out it was broken... a small part of it yes but its still broken and i have pictures of it before its been shipped from the seller so its clear these farwadly guys broke it and cost me $200++ for a broken part at the end of the day... never dealing with them again even if i'll pay the double price but not these scammers and this girl who replies to messages who was the reason behind all of this cause she gave me a price then multiplied it 4X once they received my package

I called the girl who answers the number on the website before making the order and she calculated the price (30$) and we agreed therefore i made the order… then after you guys received the parcel she called back and told me the shipping will be 160$… then started not answering for days then a person called Waleed called me and agreed on paying 3$ as a receiving fee and i’ll let another carrier take the process… and since then i can’t reach anyone even to pay the 3$ and get my parcel… i have all calls recorded, chats, and screenshots and i will sue your company for scamming me
They got me a wrong package and then after finding it 2 weeks later in the US, it has been a month now and shipment hasn't arrived, no accountability, what so ever, just apology. I'd expected when they made drive for 30 miles in Cairo traffic to find out that it's. The wrong package the least they can do is send it expedited from the US, not send it with regular time frame as if the previous 2 weeks are not accounted for
