SCAM! Stay away from that company. Specialy if you're sirious buisnes thinking to place big order. We ordered 3 plates as a test in Nov25. Got one plate 2 months after payment. Second 3 months after. Now, 4 months later still didn't recieve last plate. Once asked for refund TableGlow don't answers anymore.
We ordered nearly $15,000 worth of items with a promise of delivery the following week. Now, over three weeks have passed with no communication. Only after threatening to escalate did they ship half our order. We are still waiting for the rest and they continue to ignore us. My order was supposed to ship via one service, but they created a label with another. I haven't received any responses to my emails or calls. They claim the package was sent, yet the carrier states there's no package or request made, just a label. No response, no package, and no refund!
