Blue tooth tracker not gps tracker despite the cost. One item didn't work at all. Feel for this one, hook line and sinker. Don't waste your money on this, but a proper gps and pay for the subscriptions instead. Sorry I bought mine.
I ordered GPS trackers for something for about $169 from what appeared to be a reputable website in the uk but instead I got cheap, plastic junk sent from China.Returning it has been a nightmare! They make it very difficult and offer 5% discount if you keep the cheap plastic things. They also warn you about by falsely elevated return postage costs (eg £50 from Australia?) and then they also charge 15% “administration” fee on top of that. As it turns out the return postage from Australia was only $AUD18 and I was so unimpressed with the junk I received I was happy to pay that. It’s now been sitting in China for 6 weeks at “customs”. It’s likely lost. The point is, I would NEVER have ordered it if I thought it came from China and would have to be returned there!! Their customer service is non existent. Emails from “Cindy” who passes the buck. Save your time and money!!
Scam, with links from fake reviews.Ordered 2 trackers after reading a fake review on another site. After waiting over 2 weeks for delivery 2 cheap Bluetooth key rings arrived 1 didn't even work. After several weeks of trying to get return details I gave up and got a refund from my bank. I suggest any other customers do the same
Purchased buy one get one free Tados tracker from Tados-uk.com at £79. Recieved a cheap pet Find Tag tracker wirth £12 - £15 each. In reality this is what happens. You buy Tados tracker from Tados. They then order a findtag tracker from aliexpress at pennies £1 or 2, from china, then have it delivered to you. Dont bother to return..you ll be paying more than the actual order..over their made up, fees, and shipping , deliberately so you cant return. Plus return address either. stay away from Tados-uk.com(scammers)
I would give them 0 stars if I had the option to do so.AVOID at all costs!Scammers!I bought the GPS Tracker from them for $180.It didn't work as they advertise!It was absolutely crup and cheepy!When I wanted to return it back to them, they asked me for $45 for shipping and 15% for their expenses!Scammed!AVOID!EDIT: I found them for $8 each!Imposters!!!
SCAM! I ordered a Tados Mini Pet Camera I received a sports camera (as also noted on the box) with makeshift compartment to attach to a massive colar. The website showed a pic with a cat wearing a very small colar with camera. Absolute scam as when I emailed for a refund I was told I need to return to China even though the site clearly says UK and the refund would be miniscule.
Scam site. Unfortunately got caught buying their GPS trackers for AUD$169. They sent FINDTAG, a very cheap bluetooth tracker. Classic bait and switch scam :(. Items sent from Australian address but returns must go to Hong Kong PLUS pay original postage PLUS return post PLUS 15% restock fee PLUS a note that if customs hold it up they will not refund. Pointless sending back to a scam site. Avoid
Scam website where product sent was not as advertised and company makes it very difficult to return the product as return is not to a UK address. Luckily I paid by credit card and was successful in getting my money back via a chargeback as 1) product is not as described and 2) they have failed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations. Do not buy from this scam website!
