If I could give no stars, I would. Tried to sell a valuable item at auction. They checked it over and took my ID. Then, just two days before the auction, they emailed to express doubts about its authenticity and refused to sell it. This was after having my item for 3 months! I am appalled by their service.
Purchased a high-value item in NY, asked them to ship it within NY for $500, and after paying, I have been waiting over 14 days!! Then they claimed they couldn’t deliver because no one was there. It’s in an office building with a receptionist—how can they not deliver? This service is really unprofessional. Never again!
