We approached Tailored Entertainment because we were looking for a premium & professional service to provide a live band for our wedding. Looking through the reviews this company looked promising as there was 97% 5 star ratings. From the great variety of bands advertised we found one to suit our taste and budget. The booking process was straightforward and simple to follow but irritated we were not allowed to contact the band unlike our other suppliers. The band played well at our wedding but started an hour late and only performed some of the songs requested. Stage lighting consisted of only one light. Tailored entertainment acknowledged that a premium service had not been delivered and there were significant issues. They were happy to talk through the experience but also readily accepted the dishonesty and excuses provided by the band. Overall, we were very disappointed as had not received the service we bought as advertised, and Tailored Entertainment were essentially not interested in compensating accordingly. Note to future customers; the contract essentially states that Tailored Entertainment will have no responsibility if there are any issues. We now understand and appreciate those who have provide the 3% 1 star ratings.
I would highly reccomend Tailored Entertainment and the band we booked through them The Invincibles. Everything was perfect from start to finish include the communication, booking and bands performance. All our guests said the band was one of the best they have heard. Couldn't thank Tailored and The Invincibles enough.
We booked the band 8 ball through tailored entertainment for our wedding and they were amazing, all our guests loved them! Communication with the agency was great and the band let me play drums with them as a surprise for my guests on one song. Highly recommend.
Absolutely great service and we had such a fantastic band for our wedding. Thank you so much to Sky High the band and also to Tailored Entertainment for the support through the process. Everyone commented how much fun the band were and they really made our wedding extra special.
Vintage Roots were the perfect wedding band! They were able to learn our first dance song perfectly and offer a wonderful mix of songs that catered to everyone's needs. Both male and female vocals, a mix of stripped down versions and more electronic numbers, there was something for everyone. They arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with. I even had a special request to perform a surprise song myself and they helped this happen very smoothly. We had a lot of great comments about the band as everyone really enjoyed them.Tailored Entertainment were very responsive in communicating throughout and were able to accommodate all our requests.Apologies that this review has come so late, our wedding was back in August 2022.
We loved MT Collective. We were able to request our first dance song which they learned and performed for us on the night and they had all the guests up and dancing for the whole time they were on. We had so many positive comments from our guests about how great the band were.The whole booking and planning experience was great - you get a questionnaire which helps you outline what you want and when, and the team at Tailored Entertainment are so helpful and responsive. I would totally recommend!
I was really impressed by the level of service provided by Tailored Entertainment to book our wedding band. They gave us loads of appropriate options and went the extra mile to get everything organised. To top it off, the band were amazing. They packed the dance floor all night and we got tons of compliments from our guests about how good they were! Would happily recommend Tailored Entertainment.
