This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My order took over two months, and it was marked as "delivered to doorstep," which it absolutely was NOT! I work from home, and no delivery ever came. Initially, customer service was responsive, but then they completely stopped communicating. At one point, they suggested I contact the postal service to locate my package. I've paid for something I never received. It's a total scam...
There are several important issues to highlight: the product runs small, and if you attempt to wear the pants when they are too tight, they stretch and reveal the inner white fabric of the pockets, rendering them unwearable. Additionally, it took three weeks to arrive, but the return window is only 14 days. This was a holiday gift that wasn't opened until after the return period, so I am unable to return it now.
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered a pair of sweatpant jeans in a small size, but the quality is subpar. The pockets are awkwardly placed and gap open, despite the pants fitting well. They look cheap, and it's hard to believe they are even jeans from a distance. It's a waste of money. I've attempted to reach out for a refund twice via email, but like many others, I haven't received any response. How do they manage to operate like this??? Terrible product and even worse service. They really need to reconsider their business practices!
This is a complete fraud. The pants were sent from overseas to a non-existent address and then forwarded to me in California. They took six weeks to arrive, and my attempts to contact the support team were unsuccessful. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
The faux leather black pants are excessively tight for my size; I can't even get them past my knees. Additionally, the length is too long, even for someone who is 5’10”. I've reached out to the support team regarding a return, but they haven't responded.
I placed an order on 12.10.25 and have not received my items yet. The tracking information appears to be unreliable and does not provide any updates on the expected delivery date. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I will be contacting my credit card company regarding this issue as it feels fraudulent.
I wouldn't even give this company a star if it weren't necessary to leave this caution. This company is a FRAUD! I ordered a few pairs, but they were the wrong size. I quickly requested a refund and declined an exchange. A representative assured me that a FULL REFUND would be processed within 7-10 business days. That was on November 15, 2025, and as of December 21, I still haven't received it. The representative mentioned on December 4 that they would investigate the issue promptly! I've sent 7 emails since then, and none have been answered! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE DISHONEST, AND THEIR WEBSITE IS A SCAM! Buyer beware!
This is the absolute worst experience! I purchased two pairs of sweatpant jeans. One was somewhat acceptable, but the other was completely unsatisfactory! I requested a return for a refund, and when they finally got back to me, they said it wouldn't be an issue. I waited well beyond the expected timeframe, yet no refund arrived! I sent numerous emails and received only one more reply stating that the order had been refunded, but that was not the case. Now, they have stopped responding altogether! Poor quality product and even worse service!
