Lack of care and poor service.

No customer support, unresponsive to inquiries, and they claim to have 'attempted delivery' when they haven't. They leave important packages outside without notifying you. I would avoid this service entirely if I had the choice.

Customer service is nonexistent as they do not respond to inquiries. They claim to have 'attempted delivery' when they have not, and leave important packages outside without notification. I would not choose this service again if given the option.

Very frustrating delivery experience.

Very frustrating experience. My parcel was meant to arrive today in the local area, but tracking indicates it was sent to a distant location for no clear reason. Why was my package sent so far when my address is clearly local? Now the delivery is delayed for no reason, and the tracking is confusing. Extremely poor logistics and no transparency.

Terrible service.

Terrible service. My parcel was picked up locally, yet for some unknown reason, it has been stuck in a distant location for a long time. I have sent multiple emails with no response and tried calling, but they claim to be too busy to assist. Very disappointing.

Delivery experience was a mess.

My recent order was assigned for delivery, but the tracking is completely confusing. The driver picked up the parcel in the early morning with an ETA that made no sense, and then it was marked as delivered at an odd time. The parcel was nowhere to be found, and it seems it may have been stolen. I would recommend avoiding this service.

Lack of communication regarding my package.

They were supposed to reach out to arrange a pickup for a return, but they just showed up unannounced when no one was home and didn't notify me. After several days, I found out they had already attempted to pick it up and arranged for them to retrieve it from my mailbox. Four weeks later, it’s still there. Contacting customer support yields no results.

The employee who came to pick up my package was rude and had difficulty communicating in English.

The worst courier service I've encountered.

This is the worst courier service I have experienced. I ordered a parcel expecting it to arrive before my relocation, but it ended up far from my new address. After contacting customer support multiple times, my parcel has still not been returned. They show no regard for customers and fail to take action despite repeated calls. I will never use this service again.

Failed pickup attempts.

They were supposed to pick up a parcel for return, but after several attempts, they never showed up. I would recommend avoiding this service if possible.

Trust issues with the local service.

I visited to return an item and showed them the return barcode, but they failed to provide a receipt or confirm the drop-off. Now, I have no proof and am left chasing both the service and the retailer for a resolution. Very frustrating experience.
