Customer service is nonexistent as they do not respond to inquiries. They claim to have 'attempted delivery' when they have not, and leave important packages outside without notification. I would not choose this service again if given the option.
Very frustrating experience. My parcel was meant to arrive today in the local area, but tracking indicates it was sent to a distant location for no clear reason. Why was my package sent so far when my address is clearly local? Now the delivery is delayed for no reason, and the tracking is confusing. Extremely poor logistics and no transparency.
Terrible service. My parcel was picked up locally, yet for some unknown reason, it has been stuck in a distant location for a long time. I have sent multiple emails with no response and tried calling, but they claim to be too busy to assist. Very disappointing.
My recent order was assigned for delivery, but the tracking is completely confusing. The driver picked up the parcel in the early morning with an ETA that made no sense, and then it was marked as delivered at an odd time. The parcel was nowhere to be found, and it seems it may have been stolen. I would recommend avoiding this service.
They were supposed to reach out to arrange a pickup for a return, but they just showed up unannounced when no one was home and didn't notify me. After several days, I found out they had already attempted to pick it up and arranged for them to retrieve it from my mailbox. Four weeks later, it’s still there. Contacting customer support yields no results.
This is the worst courier service I have experienced. I ordered a parcel expecting it to arrive before my relocation, but it ended up far from my new address. After contacting customer support multiple times, my parcel has still not been returned. They show no regard for customers and fail to take action despite repeated calls. I will never use this service again.
I visited to return an item and showed them the return barcode, but they failed to provide a receipt or confirm the drop-off. Now, I have no proof and am left chasing both the service and the retailer for a resolution. Very frustrating experience.
