I have just discovered that Lucent Globe products contain plastic: “Polyvinyl Alcohol” it is listed as the second ingredient which I believe means it is the second most used ingredient in the product. I am very disappointed as I feel the marketing to be misleading regarding natural ingredients and lack of plastic used in the packaging. I don’t want any plastic on my food or clothing regardless of how safe the company might claim said plastic to be. Will not be buying again😢
I was very excited to get the full bundle and I could not be more disappointed.
The product doesn’t work, hand soap is seriously the worst product, when you search for the content it is actually not as natural as they are claiming.
Dishwashing sheets absolutely useless, laundry sheets don’t wash and the clothing smells like it was only was in the water. Waste of money to be honest.
I tried products from the company, and they worked reasonably well; they are actually quite nice. HOWEVER, their sales strategy is a TRAP OF AUTOMATIC RENEWALS, and they do nothing to prevent unwanted orders—even before they are packed. "It appears you may have accidentally chosen our 'Subscribe & Save' option during checkout"—they are fully aware of what they're doing! TRAP OF AUTOMATIC RENEWALS I was not informed about the subscription terms. Deceptive. Untrustworthy. I'm sure they have their legal protections; I bet the information was buried somewhere, just not obvious or clear. Sure, they'll say it was "my mistake," but I won't be purchasing from them again. In my chat, the representative very courteously assured me that there were clear indications regarding the subscription. Maybe there were, but it feels like a TRAP OF AUTOMATIC RENEWALS, and I've fallen into it.
I hope for better results with this product. I've placed several orders. The dishwasher detergent still leaves glasses unclean, and bowls that have been in the dishwasher for a day do not come out clean. The washing detergent is also underwhelming. White sheets and towels do not emerge clean or bright white. I wish them success... and would really like to see an improved formula, as I enjoy supporting local small businesses.
I'm a big fan of these products because they offer incredible value and are environmentally friendly. The dispatch is consistently fast, and there are often great deals available to help customers save even more. The laundry and conditioner sheets are perfect for travel since they are lightweight yet effective in keeping our clothes clean. Plus, the fact that this company is based in Australia is a nice bonus! 💚💛💚💛💚

The sheet simplifies dosage, ensuring minimal mess. It also allows for convenient packaging in a lightweight, recyclable container. The final product is economical and has a low environmental impact. However, I cannot provide feedback on the active ingredients.
Where should I start? Travel light with these! Share them with your friends (they'll be impressed and want to buy them!). They save so much cupboard space... but the best part is... they CLEAN so wonderfully. I use them for laundry and dishwashing, and everything looks sparkling and smells amazing... without the guilt of plastic! GIVE THEM A TRY, EVERYONE!
