There is no need to recommend the Taschen Publishing House because it is one of the best, world class, a true leader in art publishing business. What's more, Taschen is a very correct book dealer. It offers sale campaigns twice a year, which allows more people to buy some of their great books at a very preferable, excellent price - discounts between 50 to 70%. I have followed these campaigns since 2023 and I am still following them. I am very grateful for this opportunity. As a book lover with deep, intense and growing interest in art, architecture, photography and design, these Taschen sale campaigns are real treasure for me. So, many thanks, dear team of Taschen Publishing House, for your excellent books and publications, kindness, accuracy and promptness.
I ended up having to buy this album twice. During the first attempt, the delivery service damaged the cover, which forced me to return it. The second try was even worse: the package went missing, and nobody could give me any updates on its status. Now, two months later, I received an email claiming the package was delivered, which is completely untrue. This was intended as a Christmas gift. The whole experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable.
I expected that ordering directly from the publisher would guarantee better packaging. Unfortunately, the packaging was as inadequate as what I've experienced with other sellers, leading to damage to the books. I'm very disappointed after spending nearly 300€ and finding no bubble wrap for protection.

Regarding the delivery of my book: the courier service was exceptional, as I encountered issues with a local company. They neither answered my calls nor responded to my emails about a delivery issue. I reached out to the local courier to resolve my problem, and eventually, the book was sent to me without any notification. Their service has consistently been poor. In the future, I may avoid ordering again to prevent similar issues. If another local company is used for delivery, I would consider ordering again.
