Difficult to reach customer support

There is no way to contact customer support by phone. I emailed them, but my message has been ignored. With restaurants, it specifies how many diners are allowed per membership, but with attractions, it does not clarify.

I’m pleased that customer service sorted out my membership. However, I dislike that it was done via email, as it took a while to resolve when a phone call would have been quicker.

Very dissatisfied with the service.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. They charged my account for a subscription I did NOT sign up for. I never activated a trial or confirmed anything, yet they still billed me. It’s surprising how a company can function in this manner.
Seeking assistance was even more frustrating, as there was no genuine help and no accountability taken.
I feel utterly misled. This is not how a reliable company should operate. I will be advising everyone I know to steer clear of this service.

WARNING! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

They have withdrawn money from my account for a subscription I NEVER agreed to. I did not authorize anything, yet they charged me without my consent. When I attempted to resolve the issue, the entire process was frustrating, slow, and utterly unhelpful. It seems they depend on confusing sign-ups or automatic renewals just to take people's money. I am extremely disappointed and genuinely feel cheated. I will never use this service again and strongly recommend others to be cautious before providing any details.
