Why I have to purchase my FICO score if I want to see it before your 90 day subscription timeframe!

Why I have to purchase my FICO score if I want to see it before your 90 day subscription timeframe! I'm already paying the subscription fee. Nevertheless, I canceled because I can get my score from my creditors card and I don't need to pay for this!

The Experian app is extremely user friendly. I enjoy being able to check my credit score as needed. It is also very powerful to lock and unlock my credit report as required and to receive alerts when there is a credit inquiry on my report. Extremely useful credit and financial tool.

Scammers. Who are they ?
58 and never used a credit report agency. Got a mortgage, got a credit card, store card, car etc...etc... so, this week, NEXT contacted me to say they were reducing my credit down to £3000, I owe them £350.
So I asked why ?
Well, I find out that Experian has told them I have missed 2 of my repayments this month !
Really, please show me this information, we'll, they can't do that, I need to contact Experian !
So that's exactly what you do, only to find out, if I want to see my report I have to pay £14.99 per month ! If that's not blackmail, I don't know what is. I have never missed a Payment in my life, yet they can say what they want to who ever they want and you got to pay them to sort it out.
Don't think I really care look at my credit report, companies will either help you or not.
EXPERIAN IS A SCAMMING COMPANY. STAY AWSY FROM THEIR LIES

I can freeze and unfreeze access to my credit at will.
Experian makes it so easy to navigate and perform this task. Why wouldn't everyone take advantage of this to safe guard their credit!

Experian failed to comply with federal law after receiving a valid FTC Identity Theft Report. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. §§1681c-2/605B, 1681e, 1681i(a)(7), 1681b, 1681s-2(a)(6)), identity-theft information must be blocked and deleted within four days. Experian continued reporting anyway and relied on non-legal excuses like “internal procedures.” Re-insertion is unlawful without a court order. This issue has been escalated to the FTC, BBB, CFPB, and publicly on X. Immediate deletion and written confirmation are required.

Okay, I knew when I clicked on Boost my score would go up somewhat. But DAMN I did not realize it would skyrocket! My credit score is now in a good and better place and I anticipate it to accelerate even more! Timely bill payments DO make the difference! 🎉 🎈 🎊

Credit lock is effective but has drawbacks.

The credit lock functions well. However, I find it frustrating that whenever my partner's credit usage increases, I lose points on my credit score, while he remains unaffected. This seems strange to me. It raises doubts about the necessity of credit reporting agencies, as their reporting can be inaccurate. They have yet to clarify their rationale for this puzzling practice.

Requesting the credit hold was straightforward. A permanent option would be ideal.

Requesting the credit hold was straightforward. I would prefer it to be a permanent solution until I decide to lift it. Additionally, when I placed the freeze on my credit, I was removed from pre-approved credit lines for six months. Honestly, I would prefer my pre-approved status to be permanently eliminated. That feature can lead to potential issues. I also appreciated that the credit reporting agency I notified about my fraud alert informed the other two agencies. Nonetheless, I still checked the sites as part of my due diligence.
