We originally booked a Toyota Camry online, but since it was unavailable, we were provided with a Mazda 6 instead. Both cars are in the same full-size sedan category, so this was absolutely no issue for us.
The Mazda 6 was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The tank was empty when we picked it up, which was clearly communicated, and we simply returned it with about the same amount of fuel - very straightforward and fair.
Everything went smoothly: no issues with the car, no problems with the deposit, and the very early 3AM pick-up was handled perfectly. Communication with the personnel was easy and professional throughout.
