Very disappointing experience with the website; it feels like a scam. I ordered a 2014 kit and haven't received any updates or responses to my emails. I didn't get any tracking information either.

Friendly and service minded

There were multiple problems with my first order, but their customer service were great and quick to offer me replacement shirts. The replacement shirts were good and had no issues.Shipping is pretty quick compared to other companies shipping from China.

Great quality but some delivery issues

Ordered 2 shirts and one arrived quickly and was of great quality.The second shirt was out of stock but I got to choose another shirt free of choice for the same price even if it was more expensive, good experience and quick answers so far.Then I didn´t receive the second shirt and had some problems in getting an answer from TBjerseys but they eventually sent me a new shirt, also in great quality material.I chose Lazio´s winner shirt 00/01 but received the 99/00 without the italian serie a & coppa italia winner batches and thus with Cirio logo instead of Siemens.+ for quality and quick arrival of first shirt- Three month delivery on second shirt and not the correct one.

I ordered the 2010 world cup jersey…

I ordered the 2010 world cup jersey from Spain. When it arrived i saw that they had sent the 2012 jersey from Spain. I wrote them a mail about this. Without any additional cost they sent me the correct jersey afterwards. Great service!
