A Disappointing Experience with the Team

I became part of this group over 2.5 years ago, and it has taken me this long to unlearn the poor trading habits they promote. There are constant conflicting signals from too many so-called 'vetted' traders. One of the influencers primarily profits from the numerous members who pay monthly fees, rather than from actual trading expertise. While I won't name better alternatives, a bit of research will definitely lead you to them. Additionally, the influx of positive reviews seems orchestrated, as the influencer encourages followers to counter any negative feedback online!

Team "Ego" AVOID!!!

I joined Team bull, more like "team Ego" over 2.5 years ago, and have taken that long to unlearn all the bad trading habits this group teaches. constant conflicting call outs from way to many "vetted" traders. Jacob Dun is a stock influencer who makes his money from the thousands of members, who pay monthly subscriptions fees, not from his trading skills. I will not promote the much better groups out there, but if you do a little research you are sure to find them. Also, when you see a bunch of good reviews, its bc Jdun gets on discord and asks his followers to go online and flood out any negative reviews!!

No value, poor education, ego and marketing over education

Overall, the education is light, the self-promotion is through the roof, and the depth of overall market understanding is low; especially when compared to other more professional and experienced trading groups. The discord is extremely light on actual education and what you do get is extremely basic and lacks any real insights into the market and the how’s/why’s the markets move. Everything you learn in the team bull discord you could probably learn in 15 minutes on youtube. Compared to other groups I’ve been a part of, the team bull education is the worst by a very wide margin.Personally, I felt like JDun is more concerned about marketing the discord, pushing affiliate codes, getting hits on his social media, and his ego. His lives are always about him. There is so much talk about his cars, his watches, his way of life, his affiliate codes, and his own P&L, than on trading. Other groups focus on trading, strategies, and in-depth education constantly during live trading session and educational sessions. Other groups also focus on multiple asset classes (options, futures, forex, equity, even crypto) and multiple tickers, whereas team bull is staring at one chart (NQ) for the entire time they're live trading. Other groups will also live trade multiple tickers per day, with in depth education throughout the live sessions. Other groups do extensive pre-market prep so they are prepared for the day with defined plans across multiple tickers. Team bull does none of that. Other groups will use options depth/market maker hedge flow, multiple options strategies, other professional strategies to capitalize on whatever happens; whereas team bull primarily uses a basic retail ORB strategy on one ticker only. If you’re still interested in learning from JDun and Grizzly, they go live nearly every day on youtube; essentially simulcasting what they are doing in their pay-per-month discord for free on their socials. So, you can save yourself the monthly discord fee by watching YT, instead. There are other admins within the discord too, but this typically leads to conflicting call outs (one talking about going long and another short). I believe two admins have been trading for less than 1-2 years. If you really want to learn one of the highest paying skill sets in the world, do you want to learn from inexperienced traders, and social media influencers who have made more from their discords & social media rather than from trading; or people that were actual professionals working in big firms and on trading floors with a deep understanding of the markets and strategies to use in all market conditions across all tickers.

Honest objective review after 2 years with Team Bull

I spent 2 years in Team Bull (TB), and then months in other groups, so I have a good comparison. The contrast is stark. TB is built on hype & ego, with a focus on self-promotion, creating content for their socials, and pushing affiliate codes - not education. If you want real, structured education, TB isn’t the place. They do offer a mastermind program for an additional $2,500, but even that education is extremely basic. * There’s zero structured education within the discord. Any questions in the discord’s chat are typically told to go to their YouTube channel, if addressed at all. Even their “mastermind” which isn’t a part of the discord, doesn’t cover even basic essentials like institutional order flow, MTA, proper trend analysis, or gamma exposure, proper use of VWAP, AVWAP and EMAs, or any advanced options strategies (i.e spreads). Meanwhile, other groups run regularly scheduled classes most nights of the week, and teach from the foundational blocks of trading to pro-level concepts. TB doesn’t even cover the basics properly in their mastermind, what other groups cover with their regular membership.
* Other groups spend an hour before the bell outlining levels, reviewing indexes, key tickers, VIX, potential globex traps, and setups. Team Bull? JDun often rolls in at market open and often has to ask what economic data is dropping that day, and doesn’t have any levels charted. Even the “watchlist” section in the discord is nearly always empty* Live trading: Approximately 95% of TB’s trades are on a single ticker, NQ, with 5–6 admins all watching this same ticker. They stare at the same chart, debating whether to go long or short for 1-2 hours. One day, I listened to them debate NQ all morning, while another group I was watching simultaneously, called multiple winning trades across futures and options, teaching nonstop with detailed reasoning using all the tools mentioned earlier, and price slicing to determine the best contracts to use and alt. strategies to minimize risk and margin requirements. The difference was dramatic* Another day, I entered a trade using the skills I learned from the other group, managed the trade calmly according to market structure, and rode it for approximately 60 points when JDun calls out the same trade in the same direction. Price continued in our direction; at which point JDun was up 12 pts (I was up about 72) and JDun was acting like he just won the Super Bowl, absolutely SCREAMING, “THERE WE GO!!! YEAH! YES! YES! SNIPER ENTRY!” Followed by the customary “who caught that with me!” so he can record it & post to his socials. The price had already made a big move and he’s screaming, “sniper entry” for a tIny move and post it to socials* Also, it’s not uncommon to have one admin going long and another short on the same ticker, over the same time period. In fact, one time there were 2 admns in longs and 2 in shorts, at the same time. Separately, sometimes 1 admin will be going long, and JDun will say something like, “I can’t justify going long here, but I hope it works for you.” Which is fine, but it leaves members confused. If the trade works out, JDun will boast: “No one does it like Team Bull. GREAT trade!” If the trade doesn’t work out, he’ll say, “you see, that’s why I couldn’t take that trade.” He positions himself like that a lot, where he can’t lose. Even when he takes a trade and price starts to go against him, he’ll say, “this is the better entry” without any explanation as to why or why he didn’t wait. If the trade goes green, he measures it from “the better entry.” If it’s a losing trade, he’ll typically say, I went small or make some excuse like he doesn't trade well on Mondays. If he gets stopped out, and later the price moved in his direction he’ll say, “you see, that’s the move I was looking for.” If he gets stopped out & price never moves in his direction, he’ll say, “that’s why I got out where I did.” Either way, he wins in appearance. If I had more space, I could give countless examples* Every win is milked. Admins always say “drop a W in chat” or “post your gains” after trades, to create content for hype videos, even if the win was tiny or preceded by a loss(es). * IMO, there are some genuinely good people (Grizz, GD) & JDun has a good heart—but his focus is on marketing the discord, rather than true education; although I honestly don’t think he has the knowledge to teach anything beyond basic concepts; and his narcissism/ego is enormous* Bottom line: TB is a hype machine, with conflicting callouts, ego, and pushing affiliate codes. No real or structured education, or professionalism. There are much better groups to learn to trade correctly. Learned more in 2 months in another group than 2 yrs w/TB* JDun offered giveaways for positive reviews in April '24 which is why you see so many positive reviews over that time

dannystrades blames members

Overall, Teambulltrading is a good Discord server. Unfortunately, the server has been contaminated by Dannystrades. You have to admit that he is a profitable trader, but as a human being he is an absolute failure. He insults members, does not keep his promises and oversleeps almost every morning. You can't rely on him.

Danny is a joke

Used to be a decent discord. a few admins are solid traders. But ever since JDunn let that clown Dannytrades into the mix, it's gone downhill fast. Danny doesn't trade real money and has gotten called out on it a few times. He just bans people who question him. Here's the catch. Danny and JDunn just started a prop firm. so obviously he brings in some kid who just takes absurd plays. He knows all the followers will blow their accounts and buy more for him. Such an insane conflict of interest.

Should be named Team Bull Crap

I joined TB about a year ago in hopes of learning the trading game from seasoned traders who are honestly there to teach. What I found was a discord run by Jdun that is anything but that. In the beginning you don't know enough to know you are being played by a con man. After you start to learn (from what you teach yourself) you then begin to understand what is going on here. The admins come on at the market open and are gone for the day after the first 60-90 minutes. When they get into a trade, they never explain what they are seeing to take it. (That would be a good teaching moment, wouldn't you agree?) There is a daily recap feature that admins are supposed to recap their trades for the day but like everything else in TB there is zero consistency. Admins tell you to reach out to them with any questions and rarely if ever you get a response. I recently asked Jdun about a new admin who joined inquiring what value is there at watching him jump in and out of trades for outrageous profits if there is no explanation to understand the thinking. Seems like a pretty reasonable question for a forum I'm paying $200 per month to learn from. My response from Jdun was well if you don't like it then leave. Really? That right there should indicate the complete lack of structure and professionalism that is team bull. You will learn much more from all of the free information offered on the internet and YouTube than you will with a paid subscription to this discord. Save your money for your trading account. One last point. I have witnessed Jdun ask members to go to various rating places such as this one and offer a positive review with promise of a cash prize to one lucky winner. Of course, the winner is never announced. Take a minute and see how all of the 5 star reviews are all bunched together around the same dates. Pretty obvious, huh?

Not worth it

Not worth it, Jdun barely call his trades out. Most traders inside are questionably even profitable, they ride on the tails of Savage,Green eyes and Ghost which are the 3 only guys that have their sh.t together and actually knows something. JDun made most of his money on his community subscriptions, "MULTIMILIONER trader" which makes most of the time circa 300-400$ per day on trades. Other traders are just not worth single word. I even have a strategy where I used Nate callouts as strategy where I would place oposite bet on his and it was profitable but then he disappeared...

i had a yearly subscription that was…

*** update. was refunded partial. i had a yearly subscription that was paid in full and was cancelled upon renewal. when renewal time came up i notice a new full year charge on the credit card. i had asked them to cancel and requested a refund. i will admit i did not notice the charge until 4 days later in which i immediately sent an email to support requesting the reversal of charge. i even offered to have them charge me for the month since it was 4 days past but refund the rest of the year as i would not be using it and it is a service that has not even been delivered. i did not want to pay 1400usd for the remainder of the year for a discord i no longer use. i do not understand why they chose to stop responding and never sent me a refund. this is caution to anyone signing up in the future. if this situation is fixed ill update the review.

Admins are clutch and know what they…

Admins are clutch and know what they are doing. But Chris and Christina have fully ruined the main chat channel. Its actually insane that they have such little self awareness and think its their personal discord to discuss Jesus and the bible. Admins, please talk to them. It is ruining your TRADING discord for a lot of people.
