I recently ordered a large selection of tea from the UK while living in Germany, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The flavors, variety, and delightful aroma every time I open a tin or box are fantastic! I did have to pay customs, which limits how often I can order, but I definitely plan to order again next year. It would be lovely to receive more small symbolic gifts with EU orders. Thanks again, happy to support businesses that contribute to education and health!
Amazing product neatly packaged with a personal touch indicating who packed it. The packaging for the teas is always impressive, especially the metal tins! The Sleep and Liquorice Mint Toffee teas are now staples for me, incredibly fresh and made with all-natural ingredients, plus they taste delicious.

After reaching out to several specialists, only one representative responded with helpful suggestions from their range. We ended up preferring their blend and discovered several others that we enjoy, which we've shared with friends and colleagues.
I ordered several different teas online to help me relax, but instead of enjoying them, I've been inundated with messages from the company asking for reviews. A request for a review should be sent once, not multiple times! If I'm satisfied, I'll purchase again; if not, I won't. This approach feels very unprofessional.
Caution advised - I ordered a catering pack that never arrived. After contacting them about my parcel being out for delivery for three months, they claimed it was delivered, providing only a photo of a label without any context. I sent evidence showing it wasn't delivered, but they didn't investigate. After filing a claim to recover my money, they informed me they wouldn't offer any further resolution. Their response reflects a concerning attitude. If you have doubts about receiving your products, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
The worst green tea I've ever tasted - and I've tried many. I recently bought what was labeled as 'organic gunpowder green tea' and found it weak and flavorless. I'm familiar with gunpowder green tea, and this does not meet the standards; it doesn't even resemble proper gunpowder tea as the leaves aren't rolled tightly as shown in their photos. I advise avoiding this product.
