My first Beerwulf Dispenser was lovely, so when it eventually failed, I bought another. I normally stock up on Kegs once or twice a year, bulk buying these. Shocked to discover that my lovely Sub dispenser is now an expensive paperweight! I did ask if this could be swapped for a current unit (no point buying when I already have one of their - now useless, machines) but was instead offered an unspecified discount. Not sure how this is meant to tempt me, given that a) I have already bought one of their machines, and b) Whilst there may be no current intention of ceasing support for anything else I buy, their actions have proven that those views can change rapidly.
Poor show, I say, and I will certainly not be investing any more of my hard earned money in a device that they may or may not continue to support in the future.
At the very least, I would have expected an adaptor to be available for the current range of kegs to be used with my existing machine, or for the option of reusable kegs for loyal customers to refill with their own choice of beers.

I have purchased from Beerwulf for a few years now and the beer is pure class especially the Gosser range. My disappointment however is when they changed their delivery company to DPD. Not only does it take an extra 2 days to deliver they now charge me extra for delivery as they say I’m in a remote area???? I live 35 miles North of Aberdeen and have never been charged extra from any company because of where I live. One company did try but I refused to use them. DPD have delivered frequently to my home and have never charged extra. Why do beerwulf and DPD rip off their customers to line their pockets when they know that 35 miles from Aberdeen is DEFINITELY NOT a REMOTE address. Yet another tax on the working people the backbone of BRITAIN. It’s a disgrace and disgusting how they get away with it. Just got a reply from Beerwulf. They send all of there products over Britain. Some places get charged extra because they are remote. We have a train station trains every hour Buses running every half hour. To me a remote place is very difficult to get to and requires a ferry a place in the middle of nowhere. But no it’s a place between Aberdeen and Inverness and I mean no one hardly goes on the A96. So forgive me if you say I stay in a remote town you are talking a load of rubbish. I bet most of you who make the greedy decisions have never been up this way. So please stop sending me all your links with facts just keep ripping off your customers as it’s the only delivery that charges extra to my address. Hope you are happy with your extra money that you rip off from customers and that you sleep well knowing so. G
I have 2 beer subs which are now useless. Both were given to me as gifts and now beerwulf have discontinued the 2ltr torps. I wont be buying the blade either as there are a lot of complaints about it. Always loved the sub as it was compact and had a good range of beers available. Do the right thing beerwulf and get the 2ltr torps back in production.
My wife bought me a compact sub Christmas 2023. In May 2024 it was announced that the machine was discontinued and that subs would be available for a max of 2 year. Just learnt that that these are no longer available post 2025. So disappointed if she had known she would never have bought the machine which is now useless. I will never buy anything from beerwulf again. I would not recommend any purchase from Beerwulf. I’ll replace the machine from a more competent company that has loyalty towards their customers As of 06/02/26 I’ve now bought a Pure Draught Pro and enjoying a draft pint again. Beerwulf have lost a customer and judging on their reply they quite frankly don’t care
2 times now the products have turned up absolutely battered by DPD and missed deliveries when they are not attempting it at all. 6 cameras on 24/7 prove it. That's the issue with DPD which they chose to deliver these items. My issue with Beerwulf is the lack of response. I will be doing chargebacks, 4 kegs of Cruzcampo UNUSABLE. Smashed connectors and pierced bags. Last 2 deliveries are a joke and they haven't bothered to reply to my emails. Awful service and worse carrier choice. Might as well use Evri and we all know how bad they are
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beerwulf.I purchased a machine as a gift, only to later discover that the compatible consumables have been discontinued. This has left me with a machine that cannot be used for its intended purpose. There was no clear or explicit warning at the time of purchase that ongoing availability of these products was at risk.Under EU consumer protection law, products must be fit for purpose and maintain reasonable usability over time. Selling a machine while discontinuing the essential consumables shortly afterward fails to meet this standard and places the burden unfairly on the customer.Beerwulf has neither offered a satisfactory solution nor taken responsibility for rendering this product unusable. I therefore formally expect a refund, replacement, or appropriate compensation, in line with EU consumer rights. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider escalating the matter through official consumer protection channels. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the brand. I would strongly caution others against purchasing machines from Beerwulf without a clear guarantee of long-term product support.
We bought a SUB machine in 2020, only to now find out that they have discontinued the compatible kegs for that machine. What a truly abhorrent decision for your customer base. I can see that you have responded to another review on here, where that customer expressed their lack of trust in ever purchasing another machine from you, and your response is that you have no intention of discontinuing the BLADE machine and therefore there should be no lack of trust. What utter nonsense that is. Are you suggesting therefore that at the point that I bought my machine in 2020, you had the clear foresight that you would be stopping the production of that machine and it's kegs within a few years? If so - shame on you.If not, then how could you possibly be offering reassurance that this same thing would not be happening again with one of your newer machines, in a few years time?I've worked in corporations (large and small) for 20 years, and I have never experienced something so callous, solely company-centric, customer dismissive, and all round disappointing. You are failing to understand that what you provide is NOT a necessity. It is a luxury that people make a CHOICE to invest their hard earned money into, and as such your reputation, integrity, and brand image are pretty much the only tangible currency you really have. You are in an industry where consumption of the younger generations is trending downwards, not upwards. And yet here you are, making decisions that could only ever be seen as foolish by the generations your product is geared to.
So I’m now writing another review I’ve had my machine since may since November they’ve changed delivery courier and I’ve had nothing but issues since and to now top top it off the machines broke down doesn’t chill anymore and considering you pay over £400 for the machine I expect it to last more than 7 months! I again express my feelings at how poor this company is so unreliable I really recommend staying away from them
