What a great website for purchasing pre-owned tech. I have just bought a iPad 10th gen in good condition and it has arrived in absolutely excellent condition not a scratch on it. Delivery was also great free delivery and it arrived in two days I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for pre-owned tech!
I returned an unopened iPod to Tech Market after my daughter changed her mind. While they initially promised a full refund of £99.99, they deducted 10% without explanation. I've contacted customer service multiple times for clarification, but haven't received a response. This, combined with the cost of return postage, has resulted in an unsatisfactory experience. Shame, as the outbound service was good.
Delighted with my purchase. The phone arrived very promptly and was exactly as described. Pristine condition and everything working as it should. The phone itself was well packaged but my only small criticism is that the cable was loose within the outer bag and I almost cut it opening the package.
Still waiting for a refund of postage charges. I paid £9.99 specifically for Saturday Special Delivery. Techmarket instead posted by 48 hour service which meant the iPhone arrived 72 hours later. All emails with Techmarket are no longer responded to by them and even the intention to proceed communication, informing them of a potential small claim being logged, are ignored.
Works, but delivery is left to be desired It arrived swiftly, however Royal Mail put it through the letter box, as there was no indication it was fragile.... lucky it didn't break!!I would also give it a higher rating, but since purchasing, they've asked me to leave a review on their site, on Trustpilot, and also Google!!
