The product seems good, but don't make a mistake while ordering, as there are NO refunds or exchanges. In today's world, who does not offer refunds or exchanges? Poor customer service. The only thing this case is good for is the trash. I cannot recommend this company or their products.
What ever you do, do not buy from this site, I received two Samsung cases 12 days after ordering them, unfortunately they sent the wrong ones, now I have 2 cases they won't take back because they gave me a slight discount for being a first time buyer so I am out of pocket by £40 not happy at all
The case is nice and strong but the little plastic lock moves very easily. The front screen as long marks on it which although are not easily seen they are there if you hold the phone at a particular angle. The main problem is that I cannot use fingerprint biometrics as the screen is too thick which is very annoying as I have had to remove that biometric which I used for my wallet.
Slow delivery , couldn't get finger print to work even after increasing sensitivity on phone so had to enable face recognition which not happy with. I had my original case on my phone for 2 days and its already chipped and a hairline crack from being in handbag, the privacy isn't that great either I have emailed them and they came back asking for pictures which I have sent over so let's see what they come back with can still update this review. (now edited) The responses to emails was very rapid and they have sent me a new case, still cant get fingerprint recognition to register through it (have to lift bottom of case every time I have to use fingerprint which is frustrating).Not a bad looking case though.
