Deceptive promotions and very low quality. I made a purchase expecting a product similar to what was displayed. However, what I received bears no resemblance to the advertised item. The quality is shockingly poor — so much so that I didn't even take it out of the shipping package. It was immediately clear that the materials, design, and overall look do not correspond with the images or description provided on the platform at all. It should be priced at no more than $4, yet it costs $39. This feels like deceptive promotions. I have included photos showing the product as received. Frankly, this is the worst item I have ever ordered from an online store. I reached out to the seller to request a full refund. I would strongly caution others to be very wary before making a purchase from this site.

Misleading promotions and very low quality. I placed an order expecting a product like the one shown in the images. What I got is completely different from what was advertised. Never received the item despite several promises

Never received the item despite several promises of delivery — the reason given was their relocation. I never got it, nor did I receive reimbursement. I was assured that due to the wait, I would be reimbursed and still receive the item, but I received nothing since last year.

Quality is satisfactory

Overall, everything is quite good. I ordered pants and I like them. However, the tracking system for parcels is very poor. I didn't receive any notifications about my order for a long time. The tracking link provided was confusing. I had to reach out to support to find out the status of my parcel, and they responded in two days.
