This service has been incredibly disappointing. If your balance is negative, they will deactivate your phone on Fridays, leaving you unable to use it for two days until Monday. Even for a small negative balance, you'll have to pay a fee to reactivate your service. This has happened to me multiple times, and I can no longer continue as a customer. It's been a very frustrating experience.

I transferred my number last month, but the service has been terrible. I was promised a free month for purchasing two subscriptions, but they still demanded payment. Now that I've moved to another provider, I received a bill for double the subscription price despite only using it for ten days. This is absurd! I regret switching to this service and would recommend avoiding them.
Disaster with the new phone launch. The way this service handles orders is unacceptable! They're still taking orders for a phone that many have ordered weeks ago without receiving any updates. It's frustrating, and they just say you'll get it when you get it.
