I feel compelled to share my experience as this service has been extremely disappointing. After canceling and returning my equipment, the new residents are unable to get service until the billing cycle ends, and expediting the cancellation process is a nightmare. The communication methods, like texting codes, seem untrustworthy. I strongly discourage using this service.

While it's not as problematic as some competitors, they are trending in that direction. The cost keeps increasing, with my base service costing $60 plus additional fees and taxes, bringing the total to around $80. The service itself is adequate, similar to larger providers. My area only offers their 1G service, despite advertising faster options. Overall, we need better competition in the market.
I recently reached out to support due to slow wifi, and while the assistance was helpful, the wait time was excessive—around 20 minutes. About a third of the hour-long call was spent on hold. Although I understand that troubleshooting can be time-consuming, a quicker response would have been appreciated. Overall, a solid ISP with impressive speeds, but customer service could improve.

I've been with this provider for about 15 years but have recently switched. Initially, I would have rated them highly, but now I would give them a D+. The service has become overpriced, and they increased the rental fee for the modem while reducing performance. I often need to reset the router and call in for account resets just to maintain internet access. Fortunately, I found a new provider that offers better bandwidth for a lower cost without any rental fees.
