Misleading delivery date

I ordered a racquet and urgently needed it for two tournaments. They promised delivery by last Thursday, but on the morning of the tournament, I found out it was delayed. The representative explained that their system had issues. Now I'm informed it won't arrive until Tuesday, which is frustrating since I needed it for my events. I expected reliability, but this experience has been disappointing.

Defective product and poor service

I bought Lacoste sneakers that fell apart after two months of light use. When I asked for help, I was told there was no warranty for the outsole, despite the defect. In contrast, Lacoste directly offered me a replacement without hesitation. The store only provided a one-time discount, which felt more like a sales tactic than genuine customer service. I'm disappointed and won't shop here again.

Quick resolution of issues

Selling out-of-stock items

Why do they keep selling items they don't have in stock? I've placed multiple orders only to be informed later that the products weren't available. It's frustrating and dishonest, so I've decided to stop shopping here.

Ongoing inventory issues

They seem to have worsening inventory and logistics problems. My latest order was marked as 'in stock' but later backordered. After the initial delay, the date was pushed back even further. I've started paying more to get my racquets from a local shop that is more reliable, which is disappointing.
