I paid for the padel and then after taking delivery got hit with import duties, VAT and delivery fees from FedEx that added on £58 to the price. I reached out to Padel Nuestro afterwards and they said it was in their terms and conditions somewhere. They didn't make me aware the padel was coming from another country.

I’ve been playing with the NOX X-ONE Rouge, but I was looking for something more advanced to take my game to the next level. Since NOX rackets are hard to come by in Japan, I'm really excited to get my hands on this one.

My goal is to keep improving until I’m ready for the AT10 and other Tapia models.

Prices are good, the padel nuestro store has great potential because of prices but.... the site is super slow, the iOS web app is a mess, today i spent 1 hour preparing my cart and while moving to the checkout , the 132,50 EUR credit account I had on my account has been reset to 0 EUR with no sense.

I'm waiting for their answer, even i don't think i'll buy anymore on this store, super sad because i like it but it is what it is..

I got an answer and they’ve been able to charge again my account credit, then I completed the order.
Anyway, I don’t like at all the fact that the credit I’ve on my account disappeared for no reasons and then reappeared again.

One more thing id like to add related to that credit account is the way on how they manage refunds on a that payment method 😅
They charged back my account with 195€ (02/02/2026 15:31) and then placed an order with that credit + updated again my credit account to 132,50€ (02/02/2026 16:55) , if I was faster then them in that range I can make a new order with those money but ok….

What I don’t like most is how they’re playing with people money (even they’re exchanged gift cards, but are always money)..

Very dissatisfied with my order experience

I ordered two paddles and a bag weeks ago, expecting a quick delivery. After a week without updates, I found out one item was out of stock, causing delays. Despite my repeated requests to cancel the order, I've received no acknowledgment. With my son's birthday approaching and no sign of the order, I feel frustrated and neglected by this service.

Hidden TAX AND IMPORT COSTS

Initially, this service was great; the order and delivery went smoothly. However, I discovered additional import charges that weren't disclosed during purchase, leading to a much higher total cost. Had I known, I would have chosen a different seller. It's frustrating to deal with unexpected expenses, and I won't be ordering from them again!

Avoid this seller!

This seller is not trustworthy! I’ve purchased internationally many times, and I’ve never encountered undisclosed shipping fees like this. I was charged significantly more than expected for a single racket, and when I sought a refund, they refused. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from them.
