The worst cloud storage experience I've ever had. Their abusive business model is to make unsuspecting users to upload their files onto the 1TB "free" storage, while serving you ads and offering zero privacy. Then, it turns out that downloading your own files is a huge problem, as you can't download more than 3GB at once and the speed is horrible. So you pay for the premium. But guess what? You still can't download more than 3GB, so if you have bigger folders, you need to download all the files in them separately. And their "ultra fast download speed" for premium users increased from 500 KB/s to "whooping" 1 MB/s. This is ridiculous, don't event think about using their "free" 1TB storage, because you will regret it later.
If I could a -50 I would.Brought in a new feature that asks for you to get verified from your email only. I sadly no longer use that email as I deleted account A few weeks earlier I begged them to change account email. And no way they would do it for me.So completely locked of account and Terabox won't help me to access. So they are using my data without my permission. This is typical Chinese spyware . Don't use this website people you've been warned.
