They call me pretending to be an Lycamobile representative and offered me an discount if I give them the 4 digit code to log in into my account and steal my bank details.
I had a very unprofessional experience with this telecom company today. A caller named “Katie” rang our office asking immediately to speak to one of the company directors. When I asked where she was calling from or what the call related to, she refused to give any information other than her first name, saying she would call back.A few hours later she rang again, once more asking to speak to the director. As standard practice, our directors do not take calls unless we know what the call is regarding, which I explained politely. Her response was extremely rude — she said “that’s not a very good start when it’s something important about his own business”, clearly frustrated that her sales tactic wasn’t working.I offered to pass her through to my manager instead, which she refused, and she then abruptly ended the call. The whole interaction felt pushy, dismissive, and unprofessional. If this is how they treat people before even speaking to a potential client, it does not inspire confidence in their business practices.
I've been tracing suspect spam callers and every single number traces back to your company this has been constantly for last 3weeks so I am giving you a warning that I am going to the police and will take legal action if it keeps continuing you can't deny it not you all traces back to your company every single number
sick of receiving spam calls from this company!Having read your reply it’s obvious you have a spamming issue so thanks for the reply but I certainly don’t have the time or inclination to have to let you know every time it happens. Sorry
