Dear Testbook Team,I appreciate your message and the information regarding the launch of Pass Pro and other upgraded plans.However, I would like to raise a concern. I purchased your life time pass plan on 30 oct 2022 .I still have around 190 days remaining on my existing Testbook Pass. When I purchased it, features like PYPs, live tests, and practice tests were included as part of the normal pass. With the recent changes and introduction of new plans like Pass Pro, Pass Pro Max, and Pass Elite, these features are no longer accessible under the original Pass, which makes the remaining validity of my subscription feel wasted.I believe I should either continue receiving the original benefits until the end of my pass or be fairly compensated for the changes made during the validity period.Please look into this and let me know how you can assist.Regards,Sanket Ghantode

I bought Testbook Pro last year and I renewed it this year because I want to give mock test for RBI Grade B. Little did I know, Testbook introduced "Elite" which is basically a full package for selected courses including RBI Grade B and cost thousands of Rs. Now, I can't even give RBI mocks and my purchase of Pro is a waste. I thought Testbook is fundametally for mocks without the full course but turns out, they too want to take as much money from students as possible.
I trusted them, thinking they were a big company that values fairness, but they are nothing more than cheaters. They activated my EMI loan to purchase the course without my consent. Their only goal is to collect money while leaving students struggling. Don’t fall for their fake promises—stay away from this scam !TEST BOOK BIG SCAMMERS - They are looting people. I'm extremely disappointed with the counseling call I had with Testbook. The representative's behavior was utterly unprofessional and left a sour taste.When I inquired about the course fee, the counselor responded with a condescending tone, making me feel belittled. The conversation felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a genuine attempt to understand my needs.As a potential customer, I expect respect, empathy, and professionalism. Testbook's counseling call was a massive letdown.*Pros:* None*Cons:* Unprofessional counselor, high-pressure sales tactics, lack of empathyTestbook needs to overhaul its counseling approach, focusing on customers' needs rather than just making a sale. Proper training and a customer-centric approach are essential.Would not recommend Testbook to anyone seeking genuine guidance.
I got scammed by testbook recently. A lady called me urged me to take the course. I lost 18k because of this. I was genuinely interested to prepare for CSIR NET. The medium of instruction is only Hindi. I asked them several times about the medium of instruction. Even the study materials are in poor quality. Worst customer support team. No refund policy. Please don't buy this.
I had a very disappointing experience with Textbook.com. Their counselor, Rahul Raj, misled me into purchasing a 30k course. He initially claimed he was only checking my EMI eligibility, but then started an EMI on my behalf without my consent. When I tried to reach out to them, no one responded. I even contacted a friend who previously worked at their Mumbai office, and he confirmed that this kind of fraud is common practice for them. To make matters worse, their Mumbai office has now shut down. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Textbook.com and ignore any calls from them as they are completely fraudulent.
