GREAT SERVICE!!I had an issue with one of my own stores that caused a payment problem on my side, not theirs. Despite it not being Trackbee’s fault, their support team handled the situation very professionally and helped me resolve everything quickly. Really impressed by how helpful and understanding they were!!
Very good customer service.It’s just unfortunate that Trackbee switched to a new subscription model, it makes it harder for entry-level businesses to start using the platform due to the relatively high monthly cost. The entry plan starts at €79 per month, which feels too steep in my opinion. It would be fairer to either lower the entry price or switch to a pay-per-tracked-sale model based on Click-ID. They also include no click-ID revenue in your plan which is not fair in my opinion.
