Sadly atleast four of my pumps have been broken when purchased. Creams are good but for the price you pay you expect the bottles to pump properly.Bad customer service also.Unfortunetly moving on to a new skincare that doesnt waste half its product in silly bottles that do not pump
A range of Balance Me products were going for a song at a local Waitrose; I've used Clarins since my early 30s but I had read a profile of this company in a society magazine and fascinated by the story. So I got the Pure Skin face wash, Rose Otto Oil and the Collagen Boost Moisturizer. Really impressed by the quality of the products and their performance on the skin; and it's great to experience a local brand like this. Hope it continues to get the word out because I'm sure many others will enjoy the products.
OMG! This is amazing! Natural products too !!!!! My skin has never been better and I can actually step outside with no make up on now ! I’m gutted there are reviews not as good as mine in here - as they maybe causing others to miss out on this amazing product ! I have the day and night serumAnd now can’t wait to try more products .
I was sent a free trial of the vitamin c repair serum. I have a sun spot on my face which I have literally tried everything for - including very expensive laser treatment. Nothing worked so I gave this a go expecting little or no results. Boy was I wrong. Within a week the mark had lightened. As it was a free trial it wasn’t enough to finish the job so I have ordered a bigger bottle as I still have some darkness there but hopefully I can sort that out when my order comes. I am honestly so so pleased with this and have told a couple of my friends about it as I think it’s amazing. I have dark circles so that will be my next purchase - I just hope it works as well as this does! Try it! You won’t be disappointed!!
This company and its products are amazing. I now only use Balance me products on my sensitive, temperamental skin. I have less reaction, less spots and soothes skin. Amazing customer services team - they really care about their customers.
Never been more disappointed with moisturisers & hand cream! Left my face feeling tight & itchy so clearly not suitable for sensitive skin. The hand cream soo rich I couldn’t use my hands afterwards without washing them. The “subtle” fragrance overwhelming & reminded me of the lavender soap so popular with the older generation back in the 1970’s. On the plus side I now have enough heel cream to last a decade!
