Had an issue at checkout after the page didn't load but the payment went through. Got in touch via the contact page and the issue was rectified quickly in a few hours. My wallet was credited and I was able to purchase the tickets. You've definitely won my trust even more now. Also, like the fact that I can purchase 'future prizes' rather than waiting for a countdown for it to launch. This is one of my top 3 competition websites that I enter regularly, especially as I purchase 1 ticket and the numbers are always so close to the winner. Will keep on trying and increase my ticket quantities responsibly.
I can't recommend this page enough I have been entering for a while but last wed I got the best call I had won ten grand - I couldn't believe it and the money was in my account within an hour of the draw, lots of great prizes ever day and best of all there are real winners like me. I enter a few times a month for draws spending 99p here and there, I love that it's such a local company and everyone can watch the draws live! I entered a £5k draw and bought 3 tickets for £2.67, missed the video and a friend messaged me to say I won the competition, within a few mins Paul had rang me and the money was in my account within 5 mins of him hanging up! Great odds in comparison to trying to win the lotto and so interactive with everyone that follows through the live draws! I’ve been entering That Prize Guy competitions for a couple of years now with no luck!! Couldn’t believe it last week when I got an email to say I had won £3,000!!!! I had been lying in bed the night before in a panic because I had so little money and so many things that needed paid! Hi received a phone call this afternoon . On answering . I couldn't believe my luck . It was only the prize guy . Omg couldn't believe it . I had just won £500 . I have entered on many occasions and thought this will just be like the lottery. No chance , but yes there was . Go on enter . You never know your luck . I have never ever won anything in my life .
