Do not purchase this Groupon. I was approved for it and paid the extra $30 for 2 day shipping and still haven't received anything. You can only email or message thru ur account there is no real contact info for this company. They take your money and leave u high and dry. I figured Groupon would investigate these companies before listing their products. I am writing a horrible review on everything I can find. I'm also disputing with my bank and Klarna which is what I used to pay for it. You will never get the product so save your money this company is a scam.

After a month waiting on my order for Latisse and sending many, many messages through the two options on their site, with no response, I am giving up. This company sucks. Pay more from another company, but actually get your order!!! It will be worth saving the frustration!

So far, my experience has been excellent. I've used several online health services during my health journey, and this one has provided the best customer support of all. A representative reached out to me just a few hours after my initial online consultation, and we had a brief introductory call where all my questions were answered. Although I haven't received my prescription yet, I feel assured that they will manage the process effectively. Plus, I know I can contact a real person if any issues arise!

I have medications that require timely adjustments, yet they consistently delay by 1-2 weeks, which raises safety concerns. I've never spoken to a doctor; instead, a random representative asked about my symptoms without any follow-up. It's unclear how they remain operational. They have overcharged me and took MONTHS to process a refund after numerous attempts to reach their inadequate customer service and the relevant authorities. Avoid this service at all costs. You risk losing money, experiencing frustration, and facing unsafe medication delays.

Customer support is extremely poor, with the only way to communicate being through messaging in the portal, often without a reply for up to a week. My prescription was approved and sent to the pharmacy over a week ago, yet I still have no confirmation or information on when it will be delivered.
