I was paid my redemption that was pending since 11/10/2025 I received it as a payout card but I did receive it. Thanks spins America for finally pushing it through I hope all other redemptions go through for everyone. I submitted one just today will give another star if that one goes through in the typical timeline that you guys say it will.
Been waiting for a redemption since 11/10/2025 I was told a few weeks ago payouts would start up again and I would get it that week. Two weeks later still not payout last I was told 4 days ago that I would get it soon to watch my email I’m watching and it’s still not saying you got paid! Stress from these casinos lately is not cool
I have no idea why these guys have such a low rating but I'm here to tell you this place has been nothing short of amazing! I made my first deposit and won 1k, they do follow normal verification process which took a few days extra at redemption but no issues at all, they paid it all out in full! GLAD I ONLY WASTED 20 bucks lol but that's I needed. At 20 cent spins on the same game consecutively, that's 100 spins. Out of that 100, I swear on my soul 99 were dead spins. Never have I seen anything like it and I've seen a lot of sketchy sites but gadaaaamn. Lol I'm not mad tho I've been taken my other sites for so much more. Just disappointed.
