This industry is in disarray and flip a coin for customer service. People just trying to pump every last dime from the business. Looks like greed has taken over this mess of an industry. Customer service is horrible -- none that I ever detected. The website frequently breaks and is down the majority of the time now. Unreliable. Poor customer service. Unpredictable web site. Highly NOT recommended.
Okay first off I made a purchase on September/29/2025 and it was supposed to be here within five days and here it is over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my product I’ve reached out to the company on multiple occasions and they reply but again I still haven’t received not received y product I’m just trying to figure out what the purpose is to not only purchase the product but pay for insurance and also paid to receive my package within the five day frame as well and all the company will say is they had the address wrong how?? And either way I’ve sent my correct address why not make it right I just believe in keeping my word when I’m doing any kind of business deals and so should this company there’s no point in having all the extra if it really doesn’t pay to get it
Order like 6 times from THCAsmallbuds.com never had an issue ordering the ounces. Received an order today that was obviously OLD product. It was Brown Brown Brown. Entire order of flower that was old, Brown and smelled like Hay. Not sure what's going on over there but the product they r selling lately is old. Brown and borderline moldy. I will be switching to LIT Farms now. Seeing how TSB advertises "Fresh" batches yet they send you trash that is brown and looks like shit.
I waited 2 weeks!!! And when I finally recieve the bud I ordered it was old with no smell at all...im so pissed 😤 will never order from them again I have a quarter pound of bullshit btw ofc they dont reply back to emails complaining about their quality they should have their whole thing shutdown honestly
