I wrote a review at the beginning of August 2025 about being sent some Nutriberries for my Cockatiel that only had a two month best before date. I would just like to say thank you to Christine from the bird loft shop for sending me a well dated packet at no extra cost to me. I have been using the bird loft shop for a number of years now and this was the first time I had a problem. I have no hesitation in continuing to buy from them as this was a genuine mistake and Christine has made everything right.
